  1. What is the alternate of sunlight for vitamin D, how do people living in extere north of the globe get their sunlight. Is there any way that we can mimic sunlight in the lab?

  2. Dr. Berg, about a year ago I watched one of your videos on Vitamin D3. You said that you took 10,000 Iu's of vitamin D3 a day. I've been doing this off and on for a year. Today, I read an article from Runner's World by Danielle Zikl reporting that people that took 10,000 Iu's a day had a 3.6 % reduction in bone density, I feel like this information is flawed as we age we all lose bone density so there is no way to properly gage bone loss. This information was documented by the Journal of American Medical Association. Since you are Doctor and a teacher, I trust your judgement over a journalist and others since I see so many professionals that are dumbfounded by new findings. Can you add anything to my knowledge for curiosity ? I've been a fan of Dr. Berg for several years and I've enjoyed almost every single one (still trying to watch them all) of his video's. He is an enormous benefit to society and a Godsend.

  5. Hi Dr. Eric Berg! I believe i have vitD defficiency bec of hair loss and PCOS-imbalanced hormones. Currently, im taking zinc picolinate and magnesium glycinate as supplements. Ita safe to add 5000IU of vitaminD3 to these, right? Thank you so much

  6. I'm trying to find the video where u said how MUCH K2 to take with 30,000 of d3, I have MS im currently taking 10,000 but I wanted to up it to 30,000

  7. All he does is stay indoor and make videos that’s why he needs 10000 mg Vitamin D a day. Take a break and go out to the patio behind you.

  8. Took 5000iu of d3 last night and got the best sleep I’ve had in awhile I used to keep waking up every few hours but slept the whole night through super stoked 🙌

  9. I tried sharing with someone that could really benefit from this information. But they "can't be bothered" Meanwhile they came to me for VitD3 supps because they were extremely deficient. Ignorance is bliss. They'll sure need it when it comes to Vaccination time.
