if we copy the formula to other rows , it still shows the same value in the combo box December, December , …etc

Hello it is possible to get a search option at combo box I have a list of 15000 people it is difficult and time consuming to scroll down n search them i need a option of searching at combo box would it be a possible or not
Hi, there is no option to keyin few letters in combobox so that it will show all the entries atop. Is there any workaround for this?
